1. What do I need to know about travel requirements related to safety and COVID-19?

Safety is our top priority at Ebus. Effective June 4, 2020, there are three main requirements that passengers will have to undergo to be allowed to travel with Ebus.

- All passengers will be required to undergo health and safety screening

- All passengers will be required to wear a facemask at all times

- Passengers who have been outside Canada in the last 14 days will not be permitted to travel

Should a passenger fail to pass the screening questions or refuse to wear a facemask, they will be denied travel. Masks with exhalation valves are not recommended, because they don't protect others from COVID-19 and don't limit the spread of the virus.

2. Will another passenger be sitting in a seat directly beside me?
Depending on how busy the trip is, the seat beside you may be occupied by another passenger. However, if you'd like to guarantee that no other passenger will sit beside you, we're offering a 'second seat' option for an additional $25. In order to book these two seats together yourself, you must call in at: 1-877-769-3287.
