Things to know before you travel:
- All passengers must travel with Government Issued Photo I.D.
- No need to worry about packing light, we include up to two (2) pieces of luggage in the fare, this includes carry-on items (1 max). The maximum number of extra bags we allow on Ebus is four (4) for a total of six (6). Extra bags are $19.99/bag.
- Your discount applies only to our FLEX FARES – for customers who want flexibility. Our flex fares allow for the following perks:
- May be changed or cancelled for a $20 fee
- Changes/cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure
- Allows one (1) change per booking
- After one change, the ticket becomes non‑refundable and non‑changeable
- Discounts apply only to Flex fares.
